Elinor Wahal is a technology and digital policy expert. She currently serves as a doctoral researcher at the École Normale Supérieure Paris- Saclay and an associate doctoral fellow at the French National Institute for Research in Digital Science and Technology. She lectures on Digital Activism at the Polytechnic Institute of Paris. At the intersection of sociology, economics, social policy and innovation studies, her research investigates the production processes of Artificial Intelligence solutions for health, and their impact on contemporary economies and societies. The studies that she has (co)authored have been published in several languages and have received international media coverage. A social scientist by training, Elinor holds a Master of Science from the London School of Economics, a Master of Research from the University of Trento, and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Padua.
