Programs for schools

Knowledge as a spark of emancipation and growth. Our programs for schools aim to give everyone the opportunity to reach their life goals and create the cultural and social conditions for new forms of coexistence.

Our digital portal offers free digital learning resources, innovative formats and interactive workshops aimed at secondary schools. A non-school school and more than 100 hours of e-learning trainings to offer students, teachers and trainers an open and horizontal look at the social, economic and political phenomena of the 20th century and the contemporary society.

Alongside digital activities, a rich calendar of visits to exhibitions, laboratory activities, discussions with authors and exploration of historical sources. Not just learning, therefore, but real cultural and meeting opportunities aimed at activating processes of change, with an interdisciplinary and innovative approach.

School of European citizenship

The School of European Citizenship is an educational platform that promotes civic education in secondary schools. The project focuses on three thematic areas: We are History, We are Citizens and We are Sustainable. In We Are History, students explore the history and extension of rights throughout the 20th century, understanding the importance of human rights and the need to preserve them. In We Are Citizens, students develop active and digital citizenship skills, learning to use digital tools in a responsible and conscious way. In We Are Sustainable, students explore the concept of sustainability and its importance to the collective well-being, learning how to care of the environment and the planet’s resources.

The School of European Citizenship offers a wide range of teaching resources, including thematic itineraries, interactive materials and practical activities proposals. These resources are designed to engage students in active and meaningful learning, encouraging them to reflect on societal issues and develop informed citizenship.

We invite students, teachers and young people to explore these unique initiatives and actively participate in their educational journey. The Giangiacomo Feltrinelli Foundation believes in the power of education to transform lives and society. We are committed to supporting the future of young people through innovation and education.
